About Us
At Warren and Christian, we take extra measures to ensure our clients get the best reports possible.
Each field logger sends a copy of every report to the main company office and our senior logger. We constantly review and supervise the field work generated to ensure accuracy of the reports and to provide feedback to our loggers.
We also steadily improve our service model through our policy of seeking out and making use of feedback from our clients.
Quality output starts with quality people. Our team of professional mudloggers are among the best in the business.
Our senior personnel have decades of experience in mudlogging and customer service, but we know that alone is not enough. We are always hard at work screening and training a new generation of dedicated professionals to meet the growing demands of the industry and to provide the top-notch service our clients have come to expect from us. At W&C, every employee is dedicated to providing extra service beyond that provided by many of our contemporaries.
Our mudloggers are well-outfitted with the tools needed to get the job done right.
Our growing fleet of clean and modern wellsite trailers is outfitted with computer-logged gas detection equipment and industry standard logging software.
The LDAC computerizeed logging system used in many of our trailers was developed by a co-founder and is used by most mudloggers in the region today. We are also using the next generation Bloodhound™ gas sensing and logging equipment from iBall Instruments. In addition to the usual lab equipment used to examine geology samples, all our trailers are equipped with broadband internet access allowing our clients to receive rapid updates of well status and logging graphs containing ROP, gas, and lithology data. In many cases this data can now be provided in near real time via our web page.
Our trailers and equipment are kept in excellent condition by several full time staff members dedictated exclusively to the task.
Employment
We are experiencing now and expect continued significant growth in the field of mudlogging and are almost always interested in adding people to our team.
Loggers with above average seniority in the field and above average customer regard can expect to be paid the above-average rates we have helped to bring back to this portion of the industry.
Email a cover letter and Resume to Jack and Wes. Your application will be kept confidential. Please include customer references and work samples. Keep in mind that good rapport with our clients is of critical importance to us. We as a company can only grow because of customer satisfaction, not in spite of it.
